THANK YOU SANDOWN COMMUNITY SUPPORT FUND

On Thursday July 14th 2022 Burden Park were one the proud recipients of an award for funding from the Sandown Community Support Fund sponored by Greyhound Entertainment and Sandown Greyhound Racing Club .

The presentation by Councillor Richard Lim to seven well deserving non profit organisations was a great night with a sit down dinner, dog racing, presentations of award certificates and the opening of the new indigenous acknowledgement garden site which was conducted by Uncle Mik and Jungala and supported by the Bunurong Land Coucil!

Ken Freestone, Don Dodds, Ruby Toombs and Margaret Beechey of Burden Park Board of Management attended and accepted the Certificate on behalf of Burden Park Bowling Club.

Don Dodds delivered a thank you speech and presented the Greyhound Entertainment and Sandown Grehound Racing Club with Certificates of Appreciation from us all at Burden Park Bowling Club.
